General information

Our camping “De Duinzoomhoeve” is situated between Julianadorp and Den Helder near the beautiful broad white sandy beaches a few kilometres from the natural dunes and clear water, which can be reached on foot. In 2003, Den Helder once again enjoyed the largest amount of hours of sunlight in the Netherlands!

Our family consists of three girls, our dog Jiske and a cat. We have a flower business and grow tulips, daffodils, crocuses and dahlias.

“De Duinzoomhoeve” is a well-equipped camping, hospitable, pleasant and very suitable for families with children. Your dog is welcome on our camping as well. Our camping has 15 camping sites available for your caravan, camper or tent.

We have a new sanitary building which contains:

  • 3 showers
  • 3 washbasins
  • 3 toilets
  • 2 sink bowls for washing the dishes
  • 1 washing machine and
  • 1 dumping site for chemical toilet

Our camping guests can make use of a sort of living room we call “the Pinkenstal” (means “stable for yearlings”). You are allowed to stay in this accommodation until 23.00 in the evening to read or play a game for instance.

Hooiberghutten
We have two "Hooiberghutten" on our camping. These "Hooiberghutten" are like a cabin and can accommodate four or five people. The "Hooiberghutten" are comfortable and well equipped. A toilet in the cabin and shower facility is available on our site.

  • Children € 2.50 per night
  • or additional persons € 3.50 per night

  • Visitors € 1.50 per day
  • Washing machine € 3.00
  • Tourist tax € 1,10 p.p.p.n.
  • Hooiberghut standard, 4 persons, €45,- per night exclusive tourist tax
  • Hooiberghut plus, 5 persons, €60,- per night exclusive tourist tax
